What IS a couple extremist?
They exist in every fandom. They are fans who are very overdefensive and enforcing of a pairing when they needn't be, as it is not real. They are quite n00bish. You can recognize extremists possibly by noting that:

- Couple extremists are likely to flame clubs they disagree with so for example, if a Taiream extremist sees an anti club against their couple, they're probably likely to flame.

- Couple extremists are likely to bash and flame people who do not share the same opinions as them.

- Couple extremists are in most cases closed-minded people. For example, they may hate Sonamy because they prefer Sonic with their fan character (this is a real issue I have come across).

- Couple extremists may force their opinions on others and not respect opinions of others.

- Couple extremists may rant about clubs that they disagree with, almost as if they feel the club shouldn't exist.

- In some cases, extremists might not even KNOW that they are extremist. Some go as far as to say the couple they support is the 'perfect religion'.

- Extremists might hate a character only because they hate a couple they're involved in. I have come across someone who hates Amy just because that person hates the Sonamy coupling. I have also seen many people who hates Cosmo just because it 'interferes' with Tails/Cream. I have also seen someone who hates Keira because it interferes with Jak/Ashelin.

- A lot of extremists might fail to realize that the characters aren't real.

What this club is about
Many fandoms are going downhill, partly due to couple extremists and anti people. Couple extremists are often causes of couple wars, and turn other fans against pairings that the extremist likes or that they themselves prefer (this HAS happened). This club is against extremists and how they act.

What this club ISN'T about
This club isn't to name names or to bash extremists of a particular pairing or extremists from a particular series. This club is against couple extremists from any series, of any couple, and it's in general, not particular ones.

Rules
1. You must be against couple extremists and their behaviour.
2. You musn't behave like an extremist. It sounds harsh, but as this is an anti-extremist club, it'd be wise not to act extremist. If you have previously acted extremist, then you need to confirm that it won't happen again.
3. If you flame ANY clubs, you WILL be kicked out. End of story. We may not like extremists, but we do NOT lower ourselves to their level!
4. We do not harp on about how we like/hate a couple. Fact is: if you like it/hate it, good for you.
5. This club is against extremists of ANY couple of ANY series. So don't assume it's against one type of extremist.
6. Once you join, it'd be nice if you could watch the club for updates.

Joinage
To join, the most preferrable route is to note. We accept comments too, but notes are preferrable.

Submitting
You may submit anything against extremists, as long as it's not humiliating one type of extremist. It IS for extremists in general. You may use two couples as an example though.

Affiliation
As another thing turning fandoms sour is anti people, I will not be affiliating with any anti clubs. So anti clubs will not be affiliated with unless it's got a similar idea to the club (against extremism), or it's anti art theft or something. I will also not affiliate with hate-anti clubs, because in a way, it is an anti club as it is against people who hate something in particular.
